Having over 20 years experience in rugby and sport, where I learnt my trade at Bath RUFC(Premiership side). where I spent 7 years becoming a pro player in the seniors. But also learned a lot about functional training and how important core strength was, and not just for rugby but life in general

With 12 years experience of being a PT of which two years were at a national gym/health club being a Well Being Personal Trainer, adding more strings to my bow. In helping with nutritional advice, also core strength and stability. And now having 8 years under my belt being a bootcamp Instructor, with a successful company called Parkfit.

All training can be done on a home visit or Cherry Hinton Hall, where there is free parking from dawn till dusk. All you need to bring is a towel and bottle of water, but will normally have a spare bottle of water on me. I also have the use of the YMCA gym opposite Parker's Piece

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

While I aim to do training outside come rain or shine, I am also happy to write up a fitness programme tailored made for you to do in your own gym or own time. If outside is not your cup of tea, I also use the YMCA gym too. Price for 1-ON-1 is £40 per session or 4 sessions for £140(saving of £20) 8 session £280(saving of £40) or 12 sessions £360(saving of £120), for writing you a Taylor made program it's £10.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

I have now been working for boot camp company called ParkFit, which is a great way to work in groups and enjoy the training while reaping the benefits all at the same time. I'm very happy to do small group training up to 8 people, if bootcamps are not your thing. Prices start from 2 people per session at £20 each, 3 people per session £15 each to 4 or more £10 each per session
