I offer 1-on-1 personal training, small group training upto 8 people per class. I will write up a gym programme tailor made just for you, based on your goals and what you like to achieve. I will keep in contact on all clients to see how they are, and if need any help/advice on training. Nutrition advice and free consultation

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

While I aim to do training outside come rain or shine or inside, I also have use of the YMCA gym(Opp Parker's Piece, Gonville Place) I am also happy to write up a fitness program tailored made for you to do in your own time. Price for 1-ON-1 is £40 per session(Indoors or outside) or 4 sessions for £140(saving of £20) 6 session £280(saving of £40) or 12 sessions £360(saving of £120), for writing you a Taylor made program it's £10.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

​I have now been working for boot camp company called ParkFit, which is a great way to work in groups and enjoy the training while reaping the benefits all at the same time. I'm very happy to do small group training up to 8 people, if bootcamps are no your thing. Prices start from 2 people per session at £20, 3 people per session £15 to 4 or more £10 per session

           SUSPENSION/BATTLE ROPE TRAINING

 

Suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions. Battle rope targets your arms, shoulders and core. While giving you a complete cardio workout at the same time.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

Whether you're a runner, Olympic lifter or newbie to exercise, having a strong core should be at the top of your list when it comes to training goals. While lots of exercises that target the mid-section revolve around working the abs and folding the body, it's the core work that involves strengthening the stomach, obliques, back and bottom that will really boost sporting performance, make you look taller and slimmer and give you the strength and endurance to push yourself during your workout effectively.
