Sessions with Tony are always different which keeps things a challenge. He has shown me a whole new way of considering how I use my own bodyweight to improve fitness, strength and stability, alongside introducing equipment such as TRXs into my workout, something which I would have formerly avoided, seeing them as too complex. Each session is completely unique and Tony has tailored workouts to focus specifically on what I wish to achieve, whilst also opening my eyes to other aspects of training. Tony has helped me develop confidence in how hard I can push myself and the results have been so worthwhile in making me feel happier and healthier all round.

I first knew Tony from rugby at Cambridge Rugby Club, tho never knew he was a PT till saw his Facebook PT page. And wasted no time in asking him to be my PT, over the next 6 weeks. And from my 1st session, I knew it was the best thing I have done to improve my fitness and strength for rugby. What stands Tony out from other PT's is, that each session is different but he replicates what I do on the rugby field. From short sharp sprints, to getting up off the ground after a tackle or lifting in a lineout. He has also designed a weights programme for me to do at home, as I have weights and bench etc at home. Tony introduced me to kettle-bell and circuit training, and took the time to ensure I maintained an effective technique throughout its use. I used this to supplement my existing training, and in the course of three months went from an average fitness level for a thirty-four year old to an elite level for someone under twenty-five, losing eight kilograms yet gaining muscle mass.

I first met Tony at Nuffield health club, and asked him to be my PT after watching him train one day. And I never looked back, in 5 years of using gyms and training. The 3 months I trained with Tony I never thought it was possible to achieve what I did, not only did I hit my goal of increased muscle mass. But I lost 3 inches around my waist, and improved my cardio so much. The great thing with Tony was, he gave me a great weight's programme to do in my own time. And the sessions I had with him, were a mixture of circuits and cardio and he introduced me to Olympic Rings. For which I now have a set hanging from my tree in the garden. I hope to train with Tony again when I come back and visit Cambridge. Onething I will say was his motivation and passion, that rubbed off on me and the reason I achieved my goals and more
